Prem previously held senior leadership roles including Associate Vice President at HCL America and Chief Operating Officer at Comter Systems, where he oversaw large-scale ERP and government transformation programs.

He is known for blending hands-on technical depth with executive stewardship, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with mission needs. With three master's degrees, his focus remains on delivering pragmatic, secure solutions that modernize operations and create lasting value.
